What if hiring teams saw the part candidates see?
We're choosing 2 employers and 2 recruitment agencies to test Shortlistr with their real candidates before public launch. Five weeks. About an hour a week. Show the working, together.
Each weekly session runs 30 minutes to a fixed agenda: what shipped, a guided walkthrough, your challenges, and your top three asks. Selection runs 12–23 October, with a 20-minute call for the shortlist.
- A named champion, 1–2 hours a week
- Invites to all applicants for the roles we agree
- Honest feedback in five short sessions
- A testimonial or case study, only if you are satisfied
- Pro free for the Lab, plus 6 months after launch
- Founding-partner pricing locked for 12 months after that
- A Founding Partner badge and a launch spotlight
- Influence on the roadmap and an end-of-Lab results report
- You can't invite every applicant to the roles we agree
- You won't accept unfiltered reviews
- You can't name a champion
- We can't verify your organisation's email domain
- You're not actively recruiting between 26 Oct and 29 Nov
Cohort 01 is full.
Applications for Cohort 01 closed on 23 October. Cohort 02 opens after launch. Register your interest and we'll let you know first.
The questions everyone asks first
No. Reviews are anonymous to employers and agencies, and that never changes. You'll see what candidates experienced at each stage, never who wrote what. Shortlistr doesn't receive your candidate list either: you send the invitation from your own systems and candidates sign up themselves.
The Lab, in plain English
A summary of the Lab participation terms, so you know what you're agreeing to before you apply. Applying doesn't commit you to anything: selected partners receive and sign the full Lab agreement before the program starts. Numbers match the clauses in that agreement.
