Every review goes through checks designed to protect candidate anonymity, reduce manipulation and keep feedback useful.

Reviews are linked to an authenticated Shortlistr account and assessed using automated and human moderation controls. We look for duplicate submissions, personal or confidential information, abusive content, manipulation signals and other integrity risks.

Authenticity

Checks help identify duplicate, coordinated or potentially fraudulent submissions.

Privacy

Candidate identity is not published, and identifying information is removed or restricted where necessary.

Fairness

Employers and agencies can flag content and respond, but cannot edit or remove candidate feedback themselves.

Make Shortlistr your unfair advantage.
