Candidate Experience Index

See the hiring experience before you step into it.

The Candidate Experience Index (CEI) turns real feedback about an employer or agency’s hiring process into a score, from the people who have been through it.

Measured across five dimensions at every stage, the CEI shows you something hiring has been missing: what the experience is like before you apply, across every interview stage.

No PR spin or polished promises. Just real candidate experiences, made measurable.

Silent Rejection Rate

Know before you invest weeks whether you’ll be left hanging.

The Silent Rejection Rate (SRR) shows how often candidates who reached a recruiter screen or interview later confirmed they were left without closure. The Silent Rejection Risk Score looks earlier, using patterns such as unusual stage delays, other applications progressing faster, missed commitments and communication drop-off.

The rate reflects confirmed candidate outcomes. The risk score is an early-warning index, not a probability of rejection.

Job Matching

Know if a role is worth applying to before you spend the time.

Paste a job ad and get a match score that combines your capability against the role requirements with your WorkPrint Match against the team’s work-environment patterns.

Every requirement is scored against the evidence in your resume, with WorkPrint dimensions weighted by the employer evidence that actually exists. You walk in knowing where you align, where the gaps are, and whether it’s worth your time.

Stage-based reviews

Review every stage, the moment you move through it.

Each time you move a stage forward in your tracker, a short review opens for the stage you just completed, scored across the same five CEI dimensions every candidate sees.

Your feedback feeds the CEI and Silent Rejection Rate, so the next candidate knows what to expect before they apply.

ONE REVIEW PER STAGE

Reviews are tied to the specific stage you experienced: recruiter screen, first interview, assessment, final round. Not a single vague rating at the end. Answer three scored questions, a couple of structured signals and an optional free-text moment. It takes under two minutes.

Question Asked

"Tell me about a time you had to influence an executive team that disagreed with your recommendation."

✦ Strengths
  • ✓Strong STAR structure, situation, task, action and result are all clearly delineated.
  • ✓Specific stakeholder context, you named the CFO and Head of Operations, which grounds the example.
  • ✓Quantified outcome, cited the 18% cost reduction that resulted from the adopted recommendation.
Areas to Improve
  • →Lead with the outcome earlier, the result doesn't land until the final 30 seconds; front-loading the impact creates immediate buy-in.
  • →Tighten the "Action" section, you spent 90 seconds on context; aim for 30 seconds of setup and 60 on what you did.
  • →Name the specific influence tactic, "I built a coalition" is vague; specify whether you used data, social proof or stakeholder mapping.
Coach Note

Strong evidence of influencing upward. Your example shows you can navigate disagreement at the executive level, the missing piece is concision. Practise delivering this answer in under 90 seconds, leading with the outcome.
